Wisdometal offers a wide range of services in the field of aluminum and stainless steel sheet metal processing. We are specialized in aluminum and stainless steel，we know the special skills when handling the material. Almost unique and rare in the industry: We process the materials 100% separately and do not mix the processing with other materials. This comes form our self requirement when operating the factory, and also mainly thanks to our customers placing a lot of orders for aluminum and stainless steel products.

We’ve been produce aluminum and stainless steel since 1997, the Japanese clients with high-precise requirements were our mentor when we departured. If you are considering 6061 and 5052 in your design, not any factory can tell you which one is better for welding and which one is better for bending. If you want your tube welding rack to achieve better flatness and perpendicularity, not every factory could provide a mature solution to meet precise tolerance requirements. If you have any need to modify the drawing or process, we will provide free professional assistance services. When facing a quality issues, we don’t care about the consumption of any costs, but only care whether customers could achieve good sales.
Material
We can provide materials of all categories in the Chinese market. If special customization is needed, it can also be customized in Chinese steel mills or imported from abroad. We have import qualifications to complete this work.
Unlike 90% of factories in China, 95% of the materials required for the products we manufactured are full dose thickness. For example, you may received a same quotation from Wisdometal and others, but in the end, the product you obtained from other suppliers was with a 2.75mm thickness, while ours was exactly 3.0mm.
In other words, these suppliers could save at least 1-2.75/3.0=8.3% of material costs. Not to mention, full dose thickness materials are usually more expensive and difficult to obtain.
To obtain a full dose thickness material from a normal sheet metal factory, you might need to remind and inquire repeatedly, and even warning. But if you inquiry from us, then you don`t need to worry about any form of material fraud at all. This is one detailed difference between choosing an ordinary supplier and a better supplier in China.

Lasering
Our services include sheet metal plate laser cutting and metal tube laser cutting. The laser technology we use offers excellent quality with the highest level of performance stability. Our powerful and modern lasers, which are used specifically for aluminum and stainless steel production and only process aluminum or stainless steel in the meantime,not mixed with other materials.
We have signed a long-term strategic partnership with the two largest laser manufacturers and laser welding gun manufacturers in China, which enables us to obtain the latest technologies in the field of laser applications as quickly as possible. At the same time, we have established our own laser welding machine brand to supply the latest technology welding machines for our own factory. At least 8 laser welding machines are running in the factory every day. Other sheet metal factories may only buy one or two from dealers for trial.
Bending
With our bending presses we manufacture sheet metal parts according to your requirements and wishes. We achieve the highest levels of repeatability thanks to latest AMADA technology. Process reliability and process stability during the bending process are guaranteed. We manufacture your aluminum or stainless steel parts in every series. Regardless of whether it is a small, prototype or large orders, please feel free to contact us.
Welding
The right welding process and experienced employees are the basis for a correct welding. With the latest welding tables and the corresponding accessories, the welding component can be flexibly adjusted to meet your requirements. In addition to the MIG MAG welding processes, we offer laser welding, spot welding and stud welding, robot welding and etc. We even asssemblied our self-designed laser welding machine with a Panasonic welding arm. If necessary, we can organize a professional aluminum/stainless steel welding team of 12 members within 3 days to deal with very urgent large-scale orders.
Assembly
Our diverse range of services includes the assembly of individual components into subassemblies. We also assemble complex subassemblies precisely and reliably according to customer requirements. Of course, the components and their surfaces must be handled with care during assembly. Of course, the transport packaging must be suitable for the components.
Deburring & finishing
We deburr and round the edges of laser-cut parts on both sides for each parts. Both the inner and outer contours are processed evenly. We offer glass bead blasting, passivation, welding seam cleaning, adhesive cleaning to gently cleaning the components. Welding discoloration, tool marks, fingerprint are all invisible. When treating stainless steel, we are very good at covering outside welding seams with #4 polishing. When treating aluminum, we usually polish irregular textures on the overall surface right after the cutting stage to achieve better paint/powder coating quality. As part of our service, we also offer various colors of anodizing, electropolishing, electrolytic polishing, passivation,or mechanical polishing for a visually pleasing and clean surface. And as for the stainless steel blackening technology, we have a very mature product made for my American customer in kitchen appliance field, which could be compared with Samsung,LG,kitchenaid stainless steel series.
