As we are responsible for manufactured goods, each products in Wisdometal factory are being required to remove burrs and dross. Shearing and punching processes produce burrs, while laser processing leaves dross on the back of the workpiece. Burrs and dross can cause injuries and malfunction. Welding can cause splashing and have a serious impact on the appearance.Furthermore, an oxide film forms when oxygen is used during laser cutting, which must be removed before painting or powder coating. We will remove this film before further processing.
